Historical restoration - Grosse Pointe Park
Old gutters no draping property resulting in facia board rot, water entering the kitchen, causing damage to the kitchen ceiling. We removed old gutters, replaced rotten facia board with new painted pine, installed new gutters with proper pitch, added extra downspout, and custom aluminum flashing. 2nd story of home - reworked damaged antique copper gutter, re-pitched it with new downspout added to drain into first floor gutter system. No more water in kitchen, and excellent water flow.
